Express Engineering has 45 years’ experience in machining complex critical components in low to medium batch quantities from bar, forged and cast materials.

Extensive capacity and capability of more than 100 CNC Machine tools and 200 operatives enable us to machine hub, clamp, actuator and tooling components within the most demanding timescales.

CNC TURNING – multi-task machines with milling and drilling capability 1.3m diameter x 6m

CNC VERTICAL BORING – Up to 2m in diameter.

CNC HORIZONTAL MILLING/BORING – Including multi-pallet and large capacity (up to 2m).

INSPECTION, NDE AND HARDNESS TESTING – We have a comprehensive range of CMM inspection machines and provide NDT services (ASNT and PCN qualified), positive metal identification (PMI) and hardness checks to confirm material specification requirements
